Not only are the materials thicker and more heavily reinforced, but the cleats and buckets are able to withstand more weight and abuse than anything else we make. They have to in order to move rock, concrete, asphalt and other materials to, around and from construction sites—rapidly and reliably in the harshest of field conditions.
Elevator belting & heavy cleating— FabClimb belts feature cleats that are fully molded into the belt cover, not just vulcanized to the surface, preventing cleat separation. Several cleating patterns are available to suit your customers’ specific needs.
Long-life splices—belt connections can be either vulcanized or completed with self-tapping screws. Both have exceptional practical strength when correctly applied.
