Your customers expect belts will last without fraying, absorbing moisture or risking contamination. ProSeal gives you an edge (literally) by bonding a durable urethane seal directly to the belt edge, keeping out moisture, oil and debris while maintaining full flexibility. The result is a cleaner, stronger belt that keeps performing in demanding environments.
Choosing ProSeal means fewer callbacks, longer belt life and a product your customers can depend on. It’s the professional’s choice for a reason.
Unlike edge capping, which bonds a solid urethane strip along the edge, ProSeal uses a precision bonding process that removes the bottom cover and lower ply while leaving the top cover untouched. A stepped urethane layer is bonded to the belt’s top cover and upper ply, then trimmed for a smooth, uniform edge with no exposed fabric.
Both ProSeal and edge capping eliminate fray and fabric exposure, but ProSeal’s bonded construction delivers greater durability and long-term performance. It’s the preferred method for belting professionals who value strength, hygiene and flexibility.
