FabClimb

FabClimb belts are made by integrally molding (curing) uncured cleats and the base belt simultaneously.

Most other belts attach cleats onto the belt cover, creating seams that can be pulled and strained over time. FabClimb cleats are instead molded directly into the belt seamlessly, making the belt and cleats a single unit. With no seams to strain, FabClimb belts have a longer lifespan with better performance and less downtime.

Every FabClimb belt is designed to meet and exceed OEM standards. FabClimb is made to handle tough jobs like road milling with high resistance to abrasion, gouging, puncturing and heavy impacts. At the same time, it is flexible enough to support smaller pulley diameters.

Each FabClimb belt is made with one of several different “Y” cleat center patterns ideal for incline conveying, including custom patterns for unique applications. Which cleat height and pattern works best will depend on the application, with all our options supporting material handling at up to 45° angles. Our most popular belt sizes are matched to conveyor specs from various manufacturers and kept in-stock and ready to ship.
