Adding and removing email addresses to the Beltservice Corporation web portal is the sole responsibility of the user group administrator. The user group administrator will approve and grant portal access to potential users within their respective organization. This also includes removing users from the list when deemed necessary. Beltservice Corporation is not responsible for identifying and removing users from the portal that are terminated or leave companies without our knowledge or written consent from the user group administrator.
