The urethane lagging material is specifically compounded for a high coefficient of friction between the lagging and the belt surface, to assure no belt slip while providing long, rugged, trouble-free service.
Cougar II lagging system has a proven track record in a wide variety of conveying applications.
Available in sleeve sizes to accommodate most standard roller and pulley diameters.

Lagging pulleys and rollers are now as easy as...
|


1. Place a urethane sleeve with a diameter slightly smaller than that of the pulley or roller into the vacuum tube and clamp the ends.
|
|


2. Draw a vacuum to expand the urethane sleeve to the diameter of the vacuum tube and insert adhesive-covered pulleys or rollers.
|


3. Release the vacuum and the urethane sleeve returns to its original diameter. Remove the lagged pulleys or rollers from the vacuum tube, and trim any extra urethane material from the finished pulley or roller with a sharp knife.
